Who We ARE

Founded in 2003 at the Florida College Activist Conference at the University of Central Florida, the Florida Collegiate Pride Coalition (FCPC) is a way to bring different LGBTQ social groups together.  Seven years later during the sixth FCPC Conference it was discussed that the Coalition beyond just providing a conference. Following that decision the Florida Collegiate Pride Coalition incorporated in March 2011, with the mission of fostering the personal and professional growth of LGBTQ students and their allies through a network of collegiate student organizations.

we still need your help

FCPC is a collegiate based grassroots organization, working on behalf of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons to help create an environment to help foster growth and their personal network. Majority of our funding comes from individual donors and private foundations. It is only with their support that our work is possible.

"Be the Change"

The Florida Collegiate Pride Coalition Conference is an annual, weekend-long gathering of LGBTQ students. The conference is comprised of different affiliated organizations from colleges and universities throughout the United States. Filled with workshops and plenary sessions focused on the goals of the coalition; connect, engage, develop, and inspire.
